Optional provision of data
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users/visitors are free to provide their personal data. Failure to provide them may only result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.
Navigation Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, certain personal data that are implicitly transmitted in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information, which by its very nature is not collected in order to be immediately associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing or association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify users/visitors of the site. This category of data includes the "IP addresses" or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, addresses in URL (Uniform Resource Identifier) rotation, etc.).
These data are possibly used for statistical purposes only (and therefore anonymous) to analyse visits/use of the site and to check its correct functioning. This data is kept by the site owner for the period of time strictly necessary for processing and in any case in accordance with the relevant regulations in force.
Cookies
Cookies are computer files or partial data that may be stored on your computer (or other internet-enabled device, e.g. smartphone or tablet) when you visit a site. Usually a cookie contains the name of the website from which the cookie originates, the 'lifetime' of the cookie (i.e. how long it will remain on your device), and a value, which is usually a randomly generated unique number.
In this respect, the legislation identifies two macro-categories: 'technical' cookies and 'profiling' cookies.
Technical cookies.
Technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of 'carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service' (cf. Art. 122(1) of the Code).
They are not used for any other purpose and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which ensure normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas); analytics cookies, assimilated to technical cookies where they are used directly by the website operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a set of selected criteria (e.g. language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same.
Users' prior consent is not required for the installation of such cookies, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to Article 13 of the Code remains in place, which the site operator, if it only uses such devices, may provide in the manner it deems most appropriate.
Profiling cookies.
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating user profiles and are used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user while surfing the web. Due to the particular invasiveness that such devices may have in the private sphere of users, European and Italian legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about the use of such devices and thus express his/her valid consent.
They are referred to in Art. 122 of the Code where it provides that 'the storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contracting party or user or access to information already stored is permitted only on condition that the contracting party or user has given his consent after having been informed in the simplified manner set out in Article 13(3)' (Art. 122(1) of the Code).
We only use technical cookies to make the use of our sites easier and to better tailor them to your interests and needs. Technical cookies also help us to speed up your future experiences and activities on our sites. We also use technical cookies to compile anonymous aggregate statistics that help us understand how people use our sites and to help us improve the structure and content we offer. We are not able to identify you personally through this information.
As stipulated in current privacy legislation, no prior consent is required for the installation of such cookies. It is of course possible to block the installation of cookies as indicated in the user manual of the navigation browser used. We indicate below how to find the instructions provided by the manufacturers of the most popular browsers to eliminate them:

- Safari:https://support.apple.com/kb/PH17191?locale=it_IT
- Opera:http://help.opera.com/Windows/10.00/it/cookies.html
By changing your browser settings, you can manage, disable and delete all types of cookies.
Such an indiscriminate blocking of the reception of all cookies, including technical cookies, without providing a specific exception could lead to no longer being able to navigate on the site or to use all or part of its functionalities. Furthermore, by deleting all cookies from your browser, even technical cookies, the navigation preferences you have set may also be removed and you will be asked for them again on subsequent consultations.

In order to identify these cookies before they are used so that you can decide whether or not you wish to accept them, we enclose the following table containing links to the individual policies:
