5-star service! I also deal with numerous suppliers for work, and it is very rare to find speed of response, competence and kindness. The staff at Rinaldi Tiles proved to have all this and more, they managed to amaze me... and that doesn't happen often! Every request was handled in record time, with prompt and exhaustive answers, and every 'promise' kept. Well done!

SATISFIED!
They met the delivery time and although I had a brief online interview and never physically saw the tiles I was completely satisfied with the choice, the product purchased and the service. Highly recommended!

TOP COMPANY FOR SERVICE
Top company for customer service, even the most difficult ones, in particular I want to praise Giorgia in the Santa Vittoria office who patiently advised me following my every whim and creating a three-dimensional graphic representation of the actual result based on the plan and my choices!
